***There is currently an 8-10 week wait from the time the items are purchased until the items are made/sent as all orders are handmade upon request by one person. I appreciate your patience and am so grateful for your business! Thank you**

WHERE/HOW TO LEAVE PERSONALIZATION:
Please leave personalization and date needed in the "note to seller" section in Paypal. In the "Review your info" section, just underneath the shipping address and just above the "payment method" there is a small line that says "Note to seller: Add." Please click "add" and write the personalization and date needed. Thank you!

PAYMENT:
I currently accept payment through Paypal only. It is a secure payment site that offers a variety of payment options for your convenience. If no payment is received within 10 days of purchase, sale will be considered canceled. Custom orders cannot be canceled or changed once item has been made. No item is shipped until payment has been received. There are NO refunds for custom-made items that have already been made and/or sent.

SHIPPING:
Items are shipped every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All items are shipped USPS with confirmation. (Unfortunately, international packages cannot be provided with a confirmation number, but if your package cannot be located, please contact me for the package number).

If you would like insurance, a signature required, something expedited, or another shipping carrier to be used, please let me know. This is recommended for orders over $100, but not automatic. Please let me know your shipping requirements and I'll do my best to work with you.
The buyer is responsible for any and all additional costs associated with alternative shipping methods.

There are NO refunds for custom-made items that have already been made and/or sent. If an item doesn't arrive due to a problem or mistake with the mail carrier, I am not to be held financially responsible. Refunds are not given if item is damaged or lost due to shipping so please opt for insurance if this is a concern.

Items are shipped to the address listed on Paypal.

Buyer is responsible for ALL costs associated with shipping. If item is returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information given to me and must be sent again, buyer assumes a repeat shipping cost.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to help rectify the situation. Non-custom-made items may be returned for a partial refund within 10 days after buyer has received item, provided item is unused and undamaged.
